Payment Details

  • Payments: Full payment is required before the start of the program. If payment is not received at least one day before the program begins, RLDatix may cancel your registration.
  • Credit card payments: Enter your card information online during the registration process.
  • Check payments: Mail a copy of the invoice with your check, payable to RLDatix.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations received before or on March 13 are fully refundable. Requests must be submitted in writing to marketing@rldatix.com.
  • Cancellations received after March 14 or later are nonrefundable.
  • RLDatix may, at its discretion, cancel, postpone, or otherwise modify this event at any time, with or without notice. If this occurs and a registrant is unable to participate, RLDatix will refund the registration fee in full.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (credit card or check) within 30 days.
  • Registrations made within 24 hours of the program start are final and nonrefundable.

 

Substitutions

 

Travel and Lodging

  • Registrants are responsible for all travel, lodging, and related expenses. RLDatix is not responsible for reimbursing these costs in the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification.
  • Registrants should review airline and hotel cancellation policies and consider purchasing travel insurance.

 

  • RLDatix may, at its discretion, cancel, postpone, or otherwise modify this event at any time, with or without notice. If RLDatix does so and as a result, a registrant is unable to participate in the event, RLDatix will refund the registration fee. The registrant, however, will remain responsible for other costs (such as travel and lodging) the registrant incurs in connection with the event, and RLDatix will not refund the registrant, nor otherwise be responsible for, such costs. Registrants should proceed accordingly and consider travel/lodging cancellation policies — as well as purchasing travel insurance — when incurring such costs. RLDatix asks registrants to take into consideration the currently evolving situation and advisories related to COVID-19 before incurring travel, lodging and other costs related to this event.
