Payment Details
Payments: Full payment is required prior to attendance. RLDatix reserves the right to cancel any registration if payment is not received by February 8, 2027.
- Credit Card Payments: Enter your card information online during the registration process.
- Invoice Payments: Payment may be made electronically or by check. Please refer to your invoice for payment instructions.
Cancellations
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SummitInfo@rldatix.com.
- Cancellations received on or before November 30, 2026, will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between December 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received on or after January 1, 2027, are nonrefundable.
- Registrants who do not attend the event and do not cancel by the applicable deadline ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
Substitutions
- Attendee substitutions are permitted at no additional charge at any time prior to the event. Requests must be submitted via email to SummitInfo@rldatix.com.
Program Changes and Event Modifications
- RLDatix reserves the right to modify the event agenda, speakers, session content, venue, or schedule at any time without prior notice. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- RLDatix may, at its sole discretion, cancel, postpone, or otherwise modify the event. If RLDatix cancels the event and a registrant is unable to participate in a rescheduled or modified event, RLDatix will refund the registration fee in full.
- RLDatix is not responsible for and will not reimburse any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by registrants in connection with the event.
Travel and Lodging
- Registrants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their travel, lodging, meals, and other related expenses.
- Registrants should review airline, hotel, and other travel provider cancellation policies and are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance.
Force Majeure
- RLDatix shall not be liable for any delays, changes, interruptions, or cancellation of the event resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of God, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a force majeure occurrence, RLDatix reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without liability other than any refund obligations expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Photography and Recording
- By attending the event, registrants acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken during the event. Registrants grant RLDatix the right to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and other business purposes without compensation or additional consent.
Code of Conduct
- RLDatix is committed to providing a safe, professional, and inclusive environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. RLDatix reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with the RLDatix Privacy Policy. By registering, attendees consent to the collection and use of their information for event administration and related communications.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLDatix's total liability arising out of or relating to the event shall not exceed the amount of the registration fees paid by the registrant. RLDatix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
